Change; Costs; Collaborations; Communication; Connections; Choices.

All relevant to Agility’s purpose. Setting out to 'help turn projects and ideas into great projects and great ideas.' But change is the one I want to talk about here.

Life is constantly in change, no two days, two experiences or two conversations are ever the same. Change comes in two main forms A) by choice B) by circumstance. Yet it is our attitude towards change that really matters.

In my opinion change is good and positive thing. Whether it be a change of lifestyle, career, outlook, location, or food. Change is exciting! Implementing a simple change can have a massive effect both personally and professionally.

Change pushes you into the unknown, and this can be scary and sometimes misunderstood. But if we all knew how our lives would pan out, life would be very boring and who wants a boring life? Do you want your life to be filled with new experiences every year? or do you want the same yearly experience repeated 60 or more times (depending on how long you get to live that is)?

Yet many of us, by our nature, are adverse to change, and live in fear of changes that may or may not happen by circumstance.

To move forward as a happier and more productive society, we need to embrace and celebrate change. We need to change the way we think, change the way we do and change the way we do not. We need to encourage and support those who seek to make change.

I am delighted to be part of Agility, to have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people to create change. To help get ideas with impact off the ground! As Andy Warhol said

They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself.

So go on, do it today, have the courage to seek and create change and triumph and face the unknown.  Tell us about your dream changes and together we can work to help them happen.
